Cancellation Policy
At SKG Premium Studios, our cancellation policy is designed to ensure fair and transparent management of all reservations. Guests may cancel their booking free of charge up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date. In this case, the full amount of the reservation will be refunded.
If the cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival, no refund will be provided. This also applies to no-shows or early departures. This policy allows us to maintain the smooth operation of our property and continue offering high-level services to all our guests.
In the event of special circumstances that affect the guest’s ability to travel, the property management reserves the right to review each case individually and may propose alternative solutions, depending on availability and conditions.
